CARE Counseling has partnered with Sarah Cronin, PhD, LP, Assistant Professor of Psychology at the College of Individual and Community Health at Bemidji State University to provide an overview on ways of fostering resilience. Dr. Cronin (she/they) most recently published research on the characteristics of therapist resilience. As a part-time practitioner and full-time educator, Dr. Cronin seeks to use their research results to benefit therapists in applied settings. This Grand Rounds program will provide opportunity to learn, reflect, and decide actions needed to foster resilient therapist characteristics, with special consideration of current phase of counselor development.
