CARE Counseling partnered with Dr. Joshua Stein from PrairieCare to provide a Grand Rounds Training on digital media health. Dr. Stein will speak on how overuse of social media can lead to the normalization of behaviors impactful to mental health and how we as practitioners can navigate in our clinical work.
This Grand Rounds training is approved for 1 CE hour. Attendees must attend the full training to receive CE.

About the Presenter:
Dr. Joshua Stein was raised in the Twin Cities area and is a lifelong MN sports fan. After completing his Bachelors in Science at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY, he returned to MN to attend the University of MN for medical school and once again cheer for the Gophers in person. In medical school, his interest in the field of psychiatry deepened and he went on to complete a General Psychiatry residency and then a Child Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Stein is currently the clinical director and an attending clinician at the Brooklyn Park Partial Hospital Program (PHP) and operates a clinic out of the Brooklyn Park Medical Office Building.
CARE Counseling is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. CARE maintains responsibility for this program and its content. It is the responsibility of each learner to verify that continuing education earned at CARE or elsewhere meets the requirements for their State and individual license.
To receive 1 CE credit(s): Clinicians will need to attend the full training hour and obtain a passing post test score (max of 3 attempts allotted). CARE maintains attendance records of all continuing education event attendees for a period of at least three years.
