About the Presenter:

Jennifer Hsia, MD’s 15-plus years of experience has helped her solidify her philosophy that’s rooted in a patient-first mentality. Dr. Hsia received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Indiana University and earned her MD from the University of Alabama School of Medicine. After completing her residency at the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, she moved to the Midwest. Dr. Hsia spent almost a decade working with the academic otolaryngology department at the University of Minnesota. During that time, she was also the chair of the American Academy of Otolaryngology’s Sleep Disorders Committee. Dr. Hsia’s approach to patient care is grounded in the relationship she builds with her patients. By taking the time to listen and engage in open conversation she can best understand their issues, concerns, and goals. Only then can she work with her patients to discuss options and formulate the best treatment plan for her patients.
