CARE Counseling partnered with Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation to provide a Grand Rounds Training on working with children living with addiction. Joining us will be Lindsey Chadwick, LPC, MFTC, Clinical Supervisor at Children & Family Services with HBFF. In this presentation, participants will learn how to support families on their recovery journey while understanding how kids are affected by substance use, how parenting can be impacted, and how the whole family can heal.

About the Presenter:
Lindsey Chadwick (She/hers), MA, LPC, MFTC has worked for the Hazelden Betty Ford Children’s Program in Denver, Colorado since 2008. She began working at HBFF after completing her undergraduate degree in Sociology at Colorado State University. She completed her master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy at the University of Colorado Denver in 2013. Lindsey also is an animal assisted therapist, partnering with animals to provide mental health services. Lindsey has over 14 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families in individual and group settings. She specializes in addiction, co-parenting, high conflict divorce, and anxiety related issues for kids and families.
